December already!

Where has the year gone? It seems like just yesterday I was home with a 7 yr old and an almost two month old baby. WOW! time really does go by quickly.... Last year my sister and her family were coming home for Christmas and for the first time in two years the Schippers, yes all six of us kids were together. Kevin's first Christmas home since returning from his mission, first meeting of his now wife Carrie. So much has happened this past year. Full of wonderful and sad memories. But you know as well as I do how life goes on and things change sometimes for good and sometimes for what we think is the bad. Well this year I am much more grateful for the many things I have been blessed with in my life. As stated in previous posts I have wonderful friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, siblings, parents, etc.. I just want all the Schippers' and London's' to know how much and how grateful I am for each of them. I have a wonderful family, a husband who loves me, two beautiful daughters who all it takes is a smile or giggle and I am hooked! Anyway this time of year has always had a special place in my heart, I love this time of year, the snow, the spirit, the smells, sounds and of course the company. Merry Christmas to all. I can't not think of anything else to say other than my tree has been up since last Saturday along with my little village and so far..... nothing has come down or been broken. Just a little bit longer and then we can wait till next year when things really get interesting with a 9 yr old and a very active 2 yr old. I do have some pictures to post but admit I still need to download them from my camera. I will and I will get them posted soon I hope.
