The 4th of July

All right I don't know why my brain wasn't working that day but I did not take one picture at all! I know couldn't believe it! Well for our 4th we let Ashley spend the night at Troy's parents so she could go to the Holladay city fun in the morning of the 4th. Later that morning we meet up with them at their place and went swimming. This was Kylie's first time in the pool and she loved it. Oh wait Troy may have taken some pictures of that will have to look and post them later. Anyhow, I was dunked and dunked thanks in to my wonderful husband. Oh did we have fun. Ashley loves to jump in from the side of the pool and doesn't even mind having her face wet anymore. Hooray! Well after our fun in the pool Troy, myself and the kids headed home to get ready for our London BBQ, nothing really spectacular just us, his parents and his brother's family. We enjoyed hamburgers, watermelon, hot dogs, chips and salad. Then out on the front lawn the kids were doing popums, and then came Troy's favorite thing............. Lighting the FIREWORKS!!!! If any of you know my husband and family will attest to this he loves to do Fireworks. We started off with him buying (from Costco) one box of fireworks, well a few days later informed by Ashley that he had bought, yes another box of fireworks just from Walmart. Oh my did we have a pile. It was fun and we enjoyed celebrating our love for this country!! Hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July!
